DCL provides 3 types of semi/full eco-friendly materials mannequins: fiberglass, polyurethane and ABS blow mold.

Our philosophy has been promoted with 4S Concept and provided to our customers/partners with high quality, substantial and environmentally mannequins.


PU (Polyurethane)

In 2010, we successfully introduced Polyurethane (PU) to produce semi-environmentally mannequins, replacing traditional fiberglass mannequins containing large amount of styrene.  This reduces carbon dioxide emissions during production process and thus improves ambient air quality, enabling better work shop environment.

Fibre Glass

In our continuous improvement, we successfully used a less amount of styrene and more environmentally friendly resin to produce fiberglass mannequins in 2016.

ABS

Even though we have a lot of eco-friendly improvements, we have not stopped and still working on the real eco-friendly mannequins.  We hope we can contribute to the protection of the environment – so that the speed of climate change can be slowed down.

In 2017, we successfully developed ABS blow mold mannequins.  Today our customers/partners can have more economical, high quality, and more environmentally friendly mannequins.

In 2019, we will introduce 4R (reduced carbon, material reuse, recycle, replace) real eco-friendly mannequins.
